design modifications

We occasionally receive requests like the following email:

We need 2 custom inserts 13 3/4 width x 19 1/2 length. I like the design of CB-030-N-H but instead of Butlers Pantry to say Anna's Kitchen and instead of the fruit design I would like the bread design from CB-068P-H. Please advise if this would be possible and how much it would cost and how long for delivery. from Anna D. of Des Moines, IA.

We took the border of Design CB-030N-H and inserted the bread motif from Design CB-068N-H and ended up with a custom design for Anna's Kitchen at no additional cost and shipped within 3 weeks from her order date. We're happy to do small design modifications of our existing designs to make our etched inserts an original designer accent for your home.

tempered glass

We etch our Cabinet Inserts on 3/16" Tempered Safety Glass and our Full Length Door Inserts on 1/4" Tempered Safety Glass which is five times stronger than Annealed Glass. Tempered Glass can also "flex" or bend significantly more without breaking and it resists impact, shock, thermal and mechanical stress making it the perfect glass to ship via FedEx. If your glass shape for a cabinet insert is a rectangle or square it will be surfaced etched on 3/16" Tempered Safety Glass, 1/8" tempered glass is available upon request. If your cabinet glass shape has an arch it will be surfaced etched on 3/16" Annealed Glass (NOT Tempered Glass). To have your glass tempered with an arch is available for an additional fee. Dual pane units are also available for Full Length Door Inserts for an additional fee.
