How To Measure For
Cabinet Glass Inserts |
|
|
| |
|
Getting a correct measurement for your cabinet glass size is
the MOST important thing you must do to order
our etched glass cabinet inserts. Please follow the
measuring guidelines below to ensure your cabinet
glass insert fits correctly. Please allow for a plus
or minus 1/16" allowance due to the tempering process.
Note: Round down all measurements to the
nearest sixteenth of an inch. For example - change a
measurement of 12 11/32" to 12 5/16". |

Tight Size
Measurements - From Back of Cabinet Door
- This is the opening that the glass insert will fit into on
the back of the cabinet door.
-
We
suggest you deduct a minimum of 1/8" from the width and
1/8" from the height measurements of the Tight Size
opening on the back of the cabinet door to give you an
allowance for the glass to fit. For example, if the tight
opening measures 14" x 24", we suggest you order 13 7/8" x
23 7/8" for your glass size.
