In your last e-mail to me the last paragraph asked for me to send an e-mail telling you how you could improve your service. Here is what happened from my perspective:

1. I e-mailed you asking if you had a particular glass in stock
2. Next day I got a reply back - it was in stock - you sent me the order form - and a quote
3. The quote was less than expected since you gave me free shipping and boxing - an unexpected treat
4. The glass shipped a day earlier than quoted
5. Fed Ex delivered it when they said they would
6. What I got was exactly what I asked for - the right glass and cut to the right size
7. You did an excellent job of packing this most breakable of merchandise
8. The PayPal transaction worked perfectly as well

So after all of the above the only way I could see that you could improve is for you to move your operation up to the bay area so I could visit you in person...........

Pat and Dennis, I wanted to let you know everything got here just fine. I think that was the best packing job I have ever seen in my life. The only thing that might make my experience better would be for your web site to include a section on glass installation and fasteners or other methods to clamp the glass in place. Email #1: Is it possible to change the wording on the examples? For design CB-119P-M, is it possible to have 'JD's Cigars' as the text? I am building a floor cabinet humidor and this design will be perfect for it. I would like an estimate of how long this will take to plan the final stages of the project (it is for a birthday which is just around the corner). Email #2: Very nice web site, by the way!!! Hi Dennis & Pat, You're probably wondering what happened to the people who had been calling you and/or emailing you several times a day about endless aspects of their project. I don't remember if I emailed you but we had inspected one package of the etched glass cabinet inserts and the panels looked perfect so we didn't want to unpack the others until we were ready for them. We wanted everything to be final so the glass would be the last thing to install and we had to jump onto various other aspects of the project first. So yesterday was the big day--Our glass door frames were finally finished, knobs installed and ready for the etched panels. WOW!!! The glass couldn't be more perfect or fit more exactly. All our your careful measuring and reworking the art really paid off, Pat. The panels look great next to each other. And, the workmanship is impeccable, Dennis...as we knew it would be. The deeper etching looks gorgeous. It's so impressive. We couldn't be happier!!!

We put Blumotion on the doors which make the doors close softly for the last few inches. You couldn't slam them if you tried. It works really nicely and you might want to suggest it to your customers who have glass cabinets doors they use frequently. It's really good for all cabinet doors...it makes them seem very deluxe.
